“That’s a really good question! Mainly because I can’t remember the answer.” Rui seemed puzzled as she turned to take in her surroundings. “I do happen to remember that his name was also Rick…”“Ya…. ya don’ say,” Rick stuttered, somewhat alarmed. Though there was a chance it wasn’t just another one of himself, it still made him feel uncomfortable. However, knowing himself as the Adventure Sphere he was, there was always the chance this Rick didn’t actually disappear and just went on an extended adventure.
“Yeah.. Kinda miss him. Even gave him my first gun! Showed him my other side too… ” Rui frowned, opening and closing the hand where her violin usually was carried by. Though she had left it in a near-by universe, it still didn’t feel right.
“Heh, sounds like a cool guy,” Rick said with a chuckle as he tried to figure out how he wasn’t able to get ahold of any guns himself. “But, uh… wuddya mean by yer ‘other side’, if ya don’ mind my askin’?”
She paused. What did she mean? Could she be talking about the guy claiming to be her brother, or possibly Sage? Maybe even that odd silver-haired girl she’d see in her dreams. Suddenly frustrated, Rui sat down and crossed her arms. Her memory wasn’t the best at the moment anyways.
